Here's How

• Call between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. Central Time on Saturdays

• Ask a question, review a product, or tell us about a cool product you've seen

• When you call, you'll be able to hear the show on your phone. Turn off your computer sound so that you're only listening through the phone.

• Be patient as you wait to get on the air. We may be wrapping up a topic so we can take callers' questions.

• We will only be able to see your phone number, so we'll greet you by your city or state (example: "Caller from Ohio, what's your name?"). When we do, state your first name only

• Be brief. Get to the point quickly.

• When reviewing products, state why you liked it or didn't like it. Be specific, and if it's a negative comment, be polite.

• We won't be able to say goodbye properly as we would if we were on a phone call with you. So when your topic is over, we'll click the disconnect button. Please don't be offended if we don't say goodbye.
