Donna Paige Riley is the founder and CEO of Paige’s Etiquette Seminars, L.L.C., a company specializing in business, school, and worship etiquette, and personal and professional development. She attended Indiana-University-Purdue University and John Robert Powers School of Fashion and Modeling studying communications, theatre, modeling and image consulting respectively. Before starting her company, her corporate work experience included sales, insurance, public relations, modeling, fashion and image consulting, and training and development. She has numerous outstanding achievement awards in sales and leadership development.

Donna has over 20 years in the etiquette and fashion fields, is nationally recognized as an expert on etiquette and image consulting, has traveled extensively, and has also been a guest on several radio and television programs.  She also hosts her own internet based radio program titled What is Etiquette Anyway, the talk show, where her goal is to make the world a polite place to live. Her etiquette expertise has also been featured in Black Enterprise Magazine.  She has an extensive writing background and has written numerous etiquette columns and motivational materials. She is the author of What is Executive Etiquette Anyway, Key Ingredients for Building Successful Working Relationships, and What is Etiquette Anyway, A Book About Manners for Children, But Grownups Can Read It Too.

Donna consults with CEOs, educators, theologians and parents regarding various topics including diversity in the workplace, conflict resolution, morals, self-esteem, and more. Additional seminar topics include: Executive Etiquette, Customer Focus, Character Education, Self-Esteem and Confidence, Teaching and Reinforcing Social Skills at Home, Teaching Character Education in the Classroom, Dining Skills, Dress for Success, and Worship Etiquette to name only a few.
