Do You Hear What I Hear?

December 22, 2008

Last week, the Associated Press announced the results of a new survey stating that two-thirds of pet owners believe they have the ability to communicate with their animals.  According to the poll (done in conjunction with Petside.com), 67 percent believe they can comprehend their pet's language, and 62 percent feel their pet understands what they are saying as well.

We talk with Joshua Fried, editor of Petside.com -- a web site created by NBC Universal devoted to pet care and animal health -- will discuss the results of this poll, such as whether men or women are more likely to see themselves as animal communicators, the behavior of dog owners vs. cat owners, and more.

Plus, get some tips for keeping Christmas Day safe and fun for your dogs.
